The diet for United States citizens
This diet is prepared from "Sacro Cuore Memorial" Hospital and is used to heart/overweight patients, to make possible to loss weight quickly, before surgical intervention.
So we ensure everyone who with willpower try to eat this 7 days scheduled diet, will loss in weight from 5 to 7 kilograms per week. The key is to eat as much as you can from foods listed below:
Day 1:
From morning to evening you have to eat fruits (except bananas) . Are you hungry, eat a fruit. Make sure to not eat any other thing, no bread, no alcohol, no drinks. Feel free to eat fruits every time you are hungry. You can drink water.
Day 2:
It's time to stop with fruits and to eat vegetables. You can eat veggies. salads, but without oils. Are preferred green veggies. So you can eat salad at lunch, again at afternoon and for evening you can eat a soup made only with vegetables (no potatoes). If you use oil, make sure to use no more than a kitchen spoon olive oil. For example I made one with tomatoes, carrots, green beans, peas and kitchen herbs (all you want), or you can buy minestrone to make soup with it. You can eat instead of soup (eat soup in afternoon) a big potato baked with a coffee spoon oil. No chips.
Day 3:
The third day is a combination between day 1 and day 2. You can eat vegetables and fruits. When you want a fruit, and when you want veggies, or both. (don't eat bananas). You can prepare a soup again (the soup must be liquid).
After day 3, if you have eat only things that I say, I ensure that you have lost weight 2-3 kilograms.
Day 4:
This is the milky day. You have three bananas to eat all the day (exp: 1 in morning, 1 for lunch and 1 for evening). You can drink milk with low fat % (0.5% or 0%). You can drink 1000 ml or a box with milk. Don't eat other things.
Day 5:
You can eat 400 gr beef (200 lunch and 200 evening) with 6 tomatoes. The meat is preferred boiled, no fried. Try to drink at least 6 glasses of water all the day.
Day 6:
Again you can eat 400 gr beef, but with multiply veggies, not only tomatoes. You can prepare a soup for a meal. Vegetables are no limited. Make salads (cucumber is preferred). Drink water.
Day 7:
Eat brown rice. You can make it risotto. Drink self-prepared fruit juices (without sugar) and soup for a meal. Eat rice when you want.
Day 8:
It's time to weight in! Sure that you have lost 5-7 kilograms. I have done this for myself. The first week I went from 109 to 103.5; second week 99.1, third week 95.8, fourth week 91.2, and now I'm in week 5 and I'm 88,4 kilograms.
I encourage all woman/men to try this and you will feel as you have dreamed.
It's something that you can do when you want. If you have lost more than 7 kilograms for a week, intersect the diet for two days and start from the beginning. You can pause this diet and continue it after some days (from beginning), always when you want to loss some kilograms fat :)
